yesterday morning, I made home made tortilla shells. I was really pleased with them. I know that I could get better if I practiced this more. I do not think my husband appreciated them though cause he made a special trip to purchase tortilla shells for me.
My first attempt at cooking in a stainless steel pan burnt though. I used my nonstick. I do not know how I will do trying to give those up....
